1 lb Tilapia Filets – $2 (on sale at Ralphs)
1 lb Baby Bok Choy – $3
8 ounce container of Mushrooms – $3
1 Box Uncle Ben’s (rice of choice) long grain and wild rice – $2
4 tbls Butter (Salted)
2 tbls Cooking Oil (I used Olive Oil)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Soy Sauce
Recipe:

After writing my first blog post about getting fired, I finally realized why people say that blogging is a cathartic experience. It feels good to finally purge myself of the baggage of getting fired. And $40 a month for hosting is a hell of a whole lot cheaper than therapy!

For the longest time, I’ve wanted to have a sugar mama that would support me. Well, my dream has come true! Ever since I lost my job, my wife has been supporting me on a pastor’s salary. Not quite what I had envisioned, but it’s about little victories.
